This is a group for seniors to enjoy chatting in Japanese with other seniors and volunteers. Currently, there are about 10 members in the group.

シニアのための歌の会

シニアを中心に、懐かしい歌（唱歌、昭和の歌謡曲、世界の民謡等）を日本語で楽しく歌う会です。

歌が得意でなくても、楽譜が読めなくても大丈夫です。現在、10名前後で集まっています。

Sing-along in Japanese (Uta no Kai)

This is a group mainly for seniors to enjoy singing nostalgic songs (shoka, Showa-era songs, folk songs from around the world, etc.) in Japanese. You do not have to be a good singer or be able to read music. Currently, we have around 10 members.

シニアの方が無理なく楽しめるフィットネスクラスをZoomで開催しています。

地域で活動中のインストラクターの皆さんが週替わりで担当し、多彩なプログラムに参加いただけます。

Zoom Fitness for Seniors

Fitness classes that seniors can enjoy without strain are held via Zoom. Japanese instructors who are active in the community will be in charge of the class on a weekly basis, allowing participants to participate in a variety of programs.
